This Rotom Phone is an Electric/Ghost-types Pokémon and a recurring character in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.
Biography[]
This Rotom Phone was an electronic phone developed for Pokémon of the Rotom species to inhabit due to their special ability to take control of machinery. It was later given to Pokémon Trainer Goh to serve as a guide and a Rotom belonging to Professor Cerise was chosen to inhabit it.
Goh later discovered the Pokédex App that all Rotom Phones have after capturing his first Pokémon and main partner Scorbunny. Due to this discovery, Goh became interested in completing the Pokédex and capturing every Pokémon species, believing that it will help him learn the necessary skills required to capture the mythical Pokémon Mew.
