This Mankey is a Fighting-type Pokémon owned by Goh.
Biography[]
Goh first encountered Mankey while he was searching for the Mythical Pokémon Mew on Cero Island. Mankey was living with several other Mankey in a tree. When Mankey spotted Goh, they jumped down to scare him away, and was subsequently captured by the trainer.[1]
When Goh's Sobble evolved into Drizzile, Mankey was one of the Pokémon that attempted to interact and play with the newly evolved Pokémon, but it was met with rejection.[2]
