Biography

Goh encountered Drowzee while he was in the Johto Region. Knowing that he would be fighting against Pokémon Hunters who mainly used Poison-type Pokémon, Goh captured it, believing it would be useful in battling them due to its type advantage. Drowzee was able to fight the hunters well due to the type advantage, but was soon defeated by the leader's Houndoom due to it being a Dark-type.
