This Drowzee is a Psychic-type Pokémon owned by Goh.
Biography
Goh encountered Drowzee while he was in the Johto Region. Knowing that he would be fighting against Pokémon Hunters who mainly used Poison-type Pokémon, Goh captured it, believing it would be useful in battling them due to its type advantage. Drowzee put up a good fight initially, but was eventually defeated by the Pokémon Hunters' leader and his Houndoom.[1]
