Nidoqueen's Surf and Red's Charizard's Flamethrower clashing with each other.
Giovanni used his Nidoqueen when he first encountered Red at the Silph Co. Red used his Charizard and Nidoqueen used Double Kick, slamming Charizard through the wall. Charizard then used Flamethrower and Nidoqueen countered the attack with Surf. The attacks collided, causing a blackout, and Charizard was seen defeated.
