Biography[]
Pokémon the Series: The Beginning[]
Ghali was a pirate poacher of the Orange Islands. He is the first mate of Captain Crook. One of his jobs is fire cannons filled with either cannonballs in order to slow down or stop anyone who tries to mess with them, or Poké Balls containing the captain's Tentacruel. His captain ordered him and used Tentacruel to attack Lapras. After they ran out, the captain fired him out of a cannon. Misty got him and the rest of his crew tied up. Ghali was defeated and arrested by Officer Jenny.
