Pokémon Sword & Shield G-Max Move

A G-Max Move is a special type of move introduced in Generation VIII. G-Max Moves is part of Gigantamax and much like with Z-Moves and Max Moves, G-Max Moves replace regular moves with stronger versions. Each G-Max Move is particular to a specific species of Gigantamax Pokémon, and regular Dynamax Pokémon can’t use G-Max Moves at all.

  • G-Max Finale: A Fairy-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to heals themselves and their allies. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Alcremie.

  • G-Max Volt Crash: An Electric-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to paralyzes all opponents. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Pikachu.
  • G-Max Gold Rush: A Normal-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to scatters coins on the ground that are picked up afterwards. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Meowth.
  • G-Max Cuddle: A Normal-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to cause the opponents of the opposite gender of the user become infatuated. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Eevee.

  • G-Max Foam Burst: A Water-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to lower the opponent’s Speed by 2 stages. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Kingler.

  • G-Max Malodor: A Poison-type G-Max Move. It allows the user to inflict Poison status on the opponent. It is the exclusive G-Max Move of Gigantamax Garbodor.
