Rescue Team Camps in Rescue Team DX.
Rescue Team Camps (Japanese: 救助隊キャンプ, Hepburn: Resuce Team Camp), formerly called Friend Areas (Japanese: ともだちエリア, Hepburn: Friend Area), are locations in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX. Pokémon recruited to rescue teams can settle in their respective camps, but some locations have to be unlocked by the player character in different ways, such as completing certain missions, completing story elements, or buying them from the Wigglytuff's Camp Corner. There are 27 locations for rescue team camps, some having subsections for various types of Pokémon.

- In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, there is only enough space in the camps for one of every species of Pokémon, including one of every forme of Unown, the player character, and the partner. In Rescue Team DX, this is changed so that the player character and partner no longer stay in the camps, and all the camps aside from those exclusive to Legendary and Mythical Pokémon have a maximum capacity of 38.
- Because the shiny Celebi from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time & Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky returns as a potential recruitment Pokémon alongside a normal Celebi, the total capacity of all the camps plus the player character and partner allows for 1,730 total teammates.
