Freeze Shock requires a turn to charge, then deals damage on the next turn it is executed, having a 30% chance to paralyze the target.
In a Double Battle, Freeze Shock can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Freeze Shock can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
