Hmm, I would like to think that this is yet another horrendous outcome of Wikia updating certain wikis for testing the updated MW. >.> So, at the moment, I don't know if there's a fix for this. — Wattz2000 12:15, June 27, 2012 (UTC)

See this. About the MediaWiki upgrade we just had, By default a configuration variable is enabled which would turn all table align="center" into table style="text-align: center;". That would make center-aligned tables into left-aligned tables with centered text.
