Focus Punch

Focus Punch is a Fighting-type move available in Generation III.

Effect[]

Focus Punch is a physical move that involves the Pokémon focusing for one turn and unleashing a powerful move the next turn. However, if the Pokémon is damaged in the process of preparing a Focus Punch, the move fails.

In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, a Pokémon charging a Focus Punch can use the move on the next turn even if it has taken damage while preparing the move.
