It is one of nine elemental moves that do the same damage, 120 HP, consisting of Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Gunk Shot, Blizzard, Zap Cannon, Power Whip, Hurricane and Megahorn. It also has a chance of lowering the opponent's Special Defense stat.
