Effect

In battle

While the Pokémon targeted is hit with the full force of the attack, the secondary effect of the Flame Burst causes all other Pokémon on the battlefield to be hurt by the backlash. Since the backlash has no type, it affects all Pokémon the same, doing damage that is equal to 1/16 their max HP.
