Descriptions
Generation II	May prevent fainting.
Generation III	An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holding Pokémon may endure an attack, leaving just 1 HP.
Generation IV	An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder may endure a potential KO attack, leaving it with just 1 HP.
Generation V	An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder may endure a potential KO attack, leaving it with just 1 HP.
Generation VI	An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder may endure a potential KO attack, leaving it with just 1 HP.

The Focus Band is an item that has a 10% chance of protecting your Pokémon from fainting with a remaining 1 HP. Its other effect is that it may protect you from multiple hit moves like Icicle Spear.

Unlike Focus Sash, the user does not need to be at full HP for it to activate.
