Drake is an old, but tall and muscular man, who has a white mustache. Drake also wears blue trousers, buckled up with a dark belt and wears black boots.
Personality[]
Drake has a serious personality. He likes to be alone. He is extremely passionate in Pokémon Battles. He is quite short tempered.
Etymology[]
The name Drake likely comes from "drake" (a type of dragon) and possibly Sir Francis Drake (a British pirate, as he's a sailor).
His Japanese name, Genji, could originate from 幻獣 (genjū, mythical creature).

Games[]
Masters[]
Drake is mainly used for buffing the team's Sp. Defense and Defense. He is the game's only 4 Star Support Unit. He is easily overshadowed by Misty who is considered to be a lot better unit. If maxed out including Max Potential, Drake can be used for striking as well.

Trivia[]
- The Family Ties Story Event gave players a 4 Star Support Candy. This led to a joke that the company isn't serious about rewards as Drake is the only 4 Star Unit and he doesn't even have a Sync Grid which made the candy useless. Ironically, in the next event, which was Eccentric Electrician Event, players were given another 4 Star Support Candy which led to huge criticism.
