This Milotic, nicknamed Feeby, is a Water-type Pokémon owned by Jinny.
Biography[]
Feeby was one of the many Pokémon that entered the Friendship Festival. It was training with Raboot to help perfect its swimming routine. At the Festival, Feeby performed well with Jinny. However, Team Rocket crashed the event to steal all of the Pokémon, except for Pikachu and Raboot. Feeby tried to protect its trainer but was struck down by Meowth's Fury Swipes. Jinny then protected Feeby, who miraculously evolved after witnessing its trainer's strong loyalty to protect it. Now, as a newly evolved Milotic, Feeby was able to snag Carvanha with a Wrap before knocking it out with Water Gun. After Ash's Pikachu defeated Kingler, Feeby dealt the final blown by sending Team Rocket flying with Twister. It ultimately won a special award at the Festival with Jinny.
