Appearance
Faba is a lean man with short blonde hair and a goatee. He wears a greenshirt under a white coat bearing the symbol of Aether Foundation and a gold, diamond-shaped decoration on the sleeves. He has large, green glasses shaped like faba beans, white gloves with green cuffs, and white boots with gold soles and buttons.
Personality
Faba is extremely proud and vain, often talking down to his subordinates and continually accentuating his own skills and accomplishments beyond their actual merits. He is very insistent upon being addressed by his full title of Branch Chief and will ruthlessly defend his position. He will do whatever it takes to further his career, covering up his mistakes by lying or shifting the blame and switching loyaltieswhen it suits him. He has been shown to not like children, and runs a blog under the pseudonym, "F."

Trivia
- Faba's name comes from "Faba bean", a type of bean grown in Germany. His sunglasses resemble beans.
- He joins Team Rainbow Rocket and gives them control of the Aether Paradise in the hopes of advancing his own position of power. After Giovanni flees, Faba is demoted to a grunt and has to work his way back up.
