This Hypno is a Psychic-type Pokémon owned by Faba.
Biography
Faba's Hypno first appeared in SM049 where it battled Gladion:s Umbreon and Lycanroc alongside Alakazam in Gladion's Motel Room. Hypno blocked Lycanroc's Stone Edge using Reflect, and put Lycanroc to sleep with Hypnosis, while Alakazam defeated Umbreon with a Miracle Eye and Psychic combo. Before Gladion can send out his Type: Null, Faba orders Hypno to use Hypnosis on Gladion to render him unconscious. Gladion struggles to stay conscious, but Hypno's Hypnosis is too strong and Gladion succumbs to the Hypnosis and fall's down unconscious, allowing Faba to steal his Type: Null.
