Exeggutor Island is a small and uninhabited island located on the west of Poni Island.

Geography

Exeggutor Island is a small island shaped like an Alolan Exeggutor. It has a vegetation composed of some shrubs, flowers and palm trees, and has a small hill leading up to a small Altar where the Sun Flute/Moon Flute is. In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, there are several Alolan Exeggutor walking through the island, rain is quite constant on this area.

History

According to the chief of seafolk, Exeggutor Island had already been a trial site in Alola, but the reasons why this trial was no longer present are unknown.

It is where one of the flutes able to summon Alola's Legendary Pokémon resides.

In Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, the player character and Lillie travel to Exeggutor Island in order to find Lillie's flute counterpart to be able to summon Solgaleo/Lunala.

In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon, the player character travel to Exeggutor Island without Lillie, until reach to the flute, he/she also needs to help the Exeggutor being attacked by a group of Pinsir. Hapu's grand trial now takes place here after clearing Mina's trial.
