This Arbok is a poison-type Pokémon owned by the exam instructor.
Biography
Ash chose Arbok as his Pokémon, during the battle test. He wondered what moves Arbok can use and had it use Glare on the opponent's Jolteon. Arbok also used Wrap, but was immediately hurt by Jolteon's spikes and was defeated by Jolteon's Thunder.
Later, when Team Rocket showed up, Ash called back Arbok to battle . Arbok coiled around Jessie, squeezing her with wrap attack.
