Effect
In battle
Energy Ball does damage and has a 10% chance to lower the target's Special Defense by 1 stage. In a Double Battle, Energy Ball can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Energy Ball can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
