The rank of Elite Officer in Team Rocket is very high up, just under the "boss" rank. Domino is the Head Elite Officer. All of them are adept fighters and are very capable in leading and going undercover. The four known Elite Officers are Domino, Miyamoto, Vicious, and Pierce.
