Eastern Cave is a Mystery Dungeon exclusive to the special episode, "Igglybuff the Prodigy" (to unlock this Special Episode, you must first encounter the Fogbound Lake event). Being in a Special Episode, it is only accessible in Explorers of Sky. Igglybuff and Armaldo visit this place after Igglybuff solves the mystery behind Armaldo's map.
When the two reach the end of the dungeon, they find a room filled with various puzzles and mechanisms. Igglybuff simply uses his special power to blow apart the door and allow him and Armaldo to access the treasure chamber. Inside the treasure chamber is chest that contains a Defend Globe that would eventually become Wigglytuff's most prized possession.
