The Dubious Disc is an evolution item introduced in Generation IV.
An item to evolve Porygon2 into Porygon-Z while being traded. However Porygon2 must hold this item in order to evolve. You can get it in the Galactic HQ in Veilstone City on Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. In Black and White, talk to a man on Route 13 everyday to recieve a rare item. There is a slight chance that he'll give you a Dubious Disc. You can also recieve Dubious Disc at Team Plasma's secret lab, the P2 Laboratory wich is located on a small island between Route 17 and Nuvema Town.
