Drasna, complimenting the player character after defeat in the Dragonmark Chamber

Drasna is a member of Kalos' Elite Four. Out of all the Four, she is declared the kindest one. In the Battle Chateau, her class is Duchess, one of the highest of rank overall. Drasna specializes in Dragon-types.

Appearance

Drasna is a woman who has dark blue hair with two pigtails. Drasna wears brown shirt with a yellow sash around her belly and also wears a striped dark red dress with rippled ends. Along with her dress and high-heeled shoes, she wears dragon accessories resembling dragon's teeth, which are connected by green and orange decorations.

Personality

Drasna is a very kind and happy person, always polite and pleased to meet anyone. When the player character first visits her, or even after the first visit, she will always give the them warm welcome. Although, she does show a sign of distress if she is defeated first out of all the Elite Four. But even when in loss, she remains happy to know that the player is a few steps closer to becoming the champion.

Uniquely, after the player character walks off, she waves swell goodbye and wishes them luck on defeating the Champion, Diantha.

Etymology

Drasna and her Japanese name, Dorasena, come from "dragon" and "dracaena", a type of tree also known as the dragon tree.

Biography

The player character will battle against Drasna since she is a part of the Elite Four. For her battle, she uses all Dragon-type Pokémon.

• It is implied that she is from Sinnoh, specifically Celestic Town, due to her mentioning that she came from a distant region and was told stories of Dialga and Palkia by her grandparents.
