Dragon Rage is a Dragon-type move introduced in Generation I that will perpetually inflict 40 HP damage on the opponent. In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, this attack will always inflict 65 HP damage, instead of 40.

Description

Trivia

  • When Ash's Charizard learnt the move, the Pokédex Called it rage.
    • This is probably a mistake, as Charizard already knew Rage as Charmander.
  • In generation 1, it is impossible to deal dragon type damage with this move.
    • Also, Mew and the Growlithe line can only learn this move in Generation 1 vía TM.
    • This move is also the only move of its type in Generation 1.
  • It is banned from Little Cup in Battle Revolution and Stadium 2.
