Dr. Fuji was the head scientist of Team Rocket.
Biography
He was the leader of the scientists who created Mewtwo. Above was his last words before he perished when Mewtwo destroyed that island where Team Rocket's scientific base. He also appeared in Mewtwo's Origin as the narrator. He did not create Mewtwo for money, though he used the opportunity to see what cloning would be like, because he wanted most of all to bring his daughter Amber back.
