Doctor Ferrara, also known as Cryogonal Man (Japanese: -, Hepburn: Freege Man), is a character appearing in Pokémon: BW Rival Destinies.
Biography

Ferrara is the leader of Team Vanillite, a Criminal gang in Driftveil City. He tried to befriend all the Vanillite in the Unova region by giving them frozen treats. therefore with an army of them he can take over Unova.
