This Dewpider is Water/Bug-type Pokémon that appeared in Dewpider Ascending!.
Biography[]
This Dewpider was not like the rest of its family as it was easily distracted, causing its parent Araquanid to scold it. When the Araquanid directed the others to leave in search for a new nest, this Dewpider was separated from the rest of its family and tried to follow the tracks they left behind, only to run into various Pokémon and barely survived some of the encounters.
It eventually found Lana and began following her. Lana brought it to school, causing Professor Kukui to declare the day's lesson as observing it. It tried to make a home in the school's fountain, but deciding that it wasn't suitable, set out to find one, eventually doing so by finding a lake. However, it was challenged by a wild Surskit, but after the Surskit inexplicably evolved into Masquerain, it left, leaving Dewpider the "king" of the lake as it still thought about Lana.
