Dayton is the character of the day in JE096: Takin' It on the Chinchou. He and his father were in charge of the annual Chinchou parade in Blue Lagoon when Ash and his friends visited. His facial features include dark blue eyes, blue hair and eyebrows, and he wears a red/blue/green jacket, yellow shirt and cargo pants. His family moves around all of Johto, Kanto, and Hoenn.
