Curtis, also known by his screen name Christoph (Japanese: テンマ, Hepburn: Tenma), is a host of the game television shows. He appears in the video games Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2. Players of both genders are able to see him on TV, but he only appears in person if the player is female. If the player is male, then his counterpart Yancy will appear instead.
He will call his Xtransceiver when the female player is in specific locations around Unova. The player's relation with Curtis increases as calls are made or received.

Curtis' appearance is light blonde hair that goes down to his shoulders from the back, He has dark green eyes. He wears a black, blue and green cap. He wears a black and gray half sleeved shirt with a green vest. He also wears a white ruffled type of tie with a green Poké Ball symbol. He wears a headset that goes over his right ear. He also wears black wrist bands on both wrists.
