This Lickilicky is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Conway.

Biography

Lickilicky was used in Conway's battle with Ash during the Sinnoh League, where it battled Ash's Gible. Lickilicky used Lick, preventing Gible's Draco Meteor, paralyzing it. Gible went to use Dig, but was countered by Lickilicky's Power Whip, forcing Ash to swap Gible with Noctowl. Noctowl flew out of range from Lickilicky's Power Whip, then fired Air Slash to hit Lickilicky. The latter used Thunderbolt, but missed, and got defeated by Noctowl's Extrasensory.
