Biography

Pokémon the Series: Gold and Silver

They were the judges of Sunflora Contest, where they observed Cyrus', Sonrisa's and Team Rocket's Sunflora (the latter being Meowth in diguise). After seeing Sonrisa's Sunflora using Solar Beam on Team Rocket to blast them off, the judges decided Sonrisa to win the contest.
