Chocovine Town is an anime-exclusive town in the Sinnoh region near Snowpoint City. It is also the location of a Pokémon Contest. Many Phione migrate here every year and many Phione merchandise is sold here to celebrate the Phione migration season.
It is here that Dawn first becomes acquainted with Ursula, her version of May's rival Harley. This being the site of Ursula's official anime debut is because the only other Contest the two competed in prior, the Wallace Cup, Ursula didn't make it past the appeals round whereas Dawn (who had suffered that fate in both of her preceding Contests) went on to win by beating a returning May.
