This Hoppip is a grass/-type Pokémon owned by Celio.
Biography[]
WHoppip was with Celio as he spoke on the phone to Bil about trying to connect to the Kanto region at his house on one of the Sevii Islands.[1]
Later on, Celio and Hoppip went to see Bill at the hospital, where Green was resting from the kidnapping and attack by Organism Number 1.[2]
It was seen with Celio again when he went back to the Pokémon Net Center on One Island and figured out the problem with the transporter, which was caused by Team Rocket.[3]
