Celio is a slim man with blonde hair wearing glasses. He wears a blue short-sleeved collared shirt with pockets, jeans with a brown belt and a pair of sneakers.
Personality[]
He has a sweet personality, but is too obsessed with his work and doesn't hesitate in avoiding someone in his work.
Biography[]
Celio is a scientist who lives on One Island. He is a good friend of Bill. He runs the Pokémon Net Center on One Island.
At one point, he asks the player to deliver a Meteorite to the Game Center Owner on Two Island. The next time, he asks the player to get the Ruby and the Sapphire for his machine so that the player can use it to trade Pokémon to one of the Generation III games taking place in the Hoenn region, more specifically Pokémon Ruby Version and Pokémon Sapphire Version and Pokémon Emerald Version. Celio gives the player the Rainbow Pass to access the last four of the Sevii Islands, which is required to obtain the Ruby and the Sapphire. He also upgrades the Town Map with maps of each of the four islands.
