Celestic Town is a town in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon Platinum and is located in Sinnoh region. It has three residential homes and one home that is a substitute for a Poké Mart. It also has a Pokémon Center, two ponds and a cave. Here, the player character must stop Team Galactic from setting off a Galactic Bomb by battling a Team Galactic Grunt, then go into the cave to receive an HM.
Description[]
Celestic Town is a town that has stood the test of time, hence the nickname. The cave in the middle of town is known to tell the Time-Space Legend. Celestic Town is noted as the birthplace of Sinnoh's Champion, Cynthia, and the homeplace of her grandparents, it has ties to legends and many residents, notably Cynthia are interested in the legends of the region. In Generation VI's X and Y, Kalos Elite Four member Drasna mentioned her grandparents coming from a distant town and telling her stories of the Pokémon of time and space, Dialga and Palkia respectively.

Celestic Town is also the hometown of Lila, an old rival of Dawn's mother Johanna and a celebrated PokéStylist, known as "The Tiger Lily of Celestic Town". In the episode Battling the Generation Gap!, she returns to Pokémon Contests after a 20-year absence at the Celestic Town contest and ends up battling Dawn in the final. She loses the battle, but finds a renewed sense of self-confidence.
