Gen III in use

Cave of Origin is a location found in Sootopolis City where the player either catches Groudon or Kyogre depending on the game version. This place is only found in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It is said to hold the Origin of Rayquaza.

In Pokémon Emerald Version, It is the place, where Wallace can be found thinking, where Rayquaza is located, until the player gives him a hint that it is at the Sky Pillar.
