The Castelia City Gym is the 3rd gym in Pokémon Black and White. It is a honey maze gym with picutres around it. To get around it, the player character must push though the light yellow walls, and click the buttons to unlock the doors. In Pokémon Black and White version 2, player character need to navigate themselves using the elevator-like spider web until they reach the room where the gym leader is. The gym leader is Burgh, and he, and his gym trainers, all Harlequins, use Bug-type Pokémon.

Trivia[]
- In Pokémon Black and White version 2, the background music is the piano version of the original BGM.
- This is the only gym BVWV where a rival (Cheren) is the first certified trainer in the gym instead of the player.
- As Unova is based on New York (and Castelia City on lower Manhattan), the Castelia Gym may be seen as a parallel to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the New Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and/or MoMA, all modern art museums in Manhattan.
