This Sneasel is a Dark/Ice-type Pokémon owned by Candice.
Biography[]
While the heroes went to Snowpoint City, a flashfoward of Candice using Sneasel's Fury Swipes against Ash's Grotle (only to be stopped by the latter's Razor Leaf) in a Gym Battle was shown:[1] Ash used Grotle in his battle with Sneasel. As Grotle fired Energy Ball, Sneasel dodged and used Icy Wind when Grotle was right in front of it. Sneasel then used Fury Swipes, but Grotle countered with Razor Leaf and defeated Sneasel with Rock Climb, bypassing its Icy Wind attack.[2]
