Really Raikou & Entirely Entei (Part 2) (Japanese: VSライコウ&エンテイ(中編), Hepburn: VS Raikou and Entei (Part 2)) (known as Raikou & Entei (Part II) in Chuang Yi version) is the 9th chapter of Pokémon Adventures: Volume 11.
Synopsis[]
Suicune stops Falkner from catching Raikou and Entei. With all three Legendary Pokémon present, Falkner aims to catch all of them and starts with Suicune. However, Suicune manages to defeat Skarmory, and, after the battle, shares some knowledge with Raikou and Entei.
Chapter plot[]
Falkner throws his Balls to catch Raikou and Entei. However, he and the Bird Keeper have a strange feeling and turn around and encounter Suicune, who uses Bubblebeam on the Balls, encasing them and disabling the capture. The Bird Keeper advises Falkner to give up and retreat, for they can still save themselves. Falkner disagrees, for all three Legendary Pokémon are here. Aiming to defeat Suicune, who has been foiling each Gym Leader's strategy to catch it, Falkner rides Skarmory, its wings becoming metallic, as it uses Steel Wing on Suicune, hitting him.
However, Skarmory's wing cracks and shatters into pieces. Falkner does not give up and throws all his Balls to catch the Legendary Pokémon. Suicune smiles at that attempt, while the Bird Keeper does not understand why would Falkner do that. Falkner points out the Balls extend their wings and act as boomerangs, which return to Suicune, trying to catch it. Falkner knows well those wings are from Skarmory, as when its feathers fall down, the wings are sharp and can be used as blades and knives. The Balls aim at Suicune, but a great thunder and fire stops them.
Falkner sees Raikou and Entei used their power to stop the Balls from catching Suicune. With only one wing, Skarmory falls down, along with Falkner and the Bird Keeper. However, they are soon encased in a bubble and Falkner mutters Suicune, who saved them. Suicune releases its thoughts with Raikou and Entei, showing them images of the Ho-Oh statue inside the Burned Tower. The trio goes on their own ways. Falkner knows even if Suicune was not there, he would still lose to Entei and Raikou.
Suddenly, Falkner throws his winged Balls at the Bird Keeper and binds him to a wall, who realizes Falkner is a cop. Falkner shows his Zephyr Badge, being a Gym Leader, as well as his documentation, being the Violet City's police officer. For trespassing on the zone and illegally catching Pokémon, Falkner arrests the Bird Keeper. While Falkner rides Skarmory to bring the Bird Keeper to jail, he wonders what is with the Legendary Trio, suspecting some connection between them.
