This Chatot, nicknamed Buddy, is a normal/-type Pokémon owned by Officer Jenny.
Biography[]
Buddy the Chatot is used by the Officer Jenny in a town near Snowpoint City. It had been the officer's partner since a stake out in which Buddy caught a criminal.
It was mistakenly kidnapped by Team Rocket as they meant to capture Ash's Pikachu, but it was eventually rescued by its partner, Officer Jenny, using her bowling balls to coincidentally strike a giant pinball machine that Team Rocket possessed and held Buddy captive in.
