This Claydol is a ground/psychic-type Pokémon owned by Buck.
Biography[]
At the Survival Area, Buck, Marley, Cheryl and Mira had their Claydol, Arcanine, Blissey and Alakazam battle each other. Alakazam used Psychic, Arcanine used Flare Blitz, Blissey used Hyper Beam and Claydol used Psychic against each other.[1] Buck appeared at the Battle Castle with his Claydol, as they confronted Platinum and Looker.[2] After hearing reports of Team Galactic at Stark Mountain, Buck had Claydol teleport him away, as he went to get to Heatran before the enemy could.[3]
Inside Stark Mountain, Buck confronted the Team Galactic grunts, and had Claydol use Sandstorm to sweep them away. Since the grunts quickly recovered, Buck and Claydol ran off into a direction and lost the grunts. Much to Buck's happiness, Claydol also led him to the Magma Stone.[4] When Buck had picked up Magma Stone, it released loads of energy, and an earthquake occurred. Looker found Claydol and Buck hurt, as a cave-in occurred in the cave.[5] Since Charon had Heatran attack them, Looker thought Buck could have Claydol use teleport on the Magma Stone, to return the rock to its place to stop Heatran. As Looker distracted Charon, Buck had Claydol use its psychic powers to find the Magma Stone that Buck lost among the rocks.[6]
