Bubble Beam, formatted as "BubbleBeam" before Generation V, is a Water-type move introduced in Generation I. It is TM11 in Generation I only.

Effect[]

Bubble Beam does damage and has a 10% chance to lower the target's Speed by 1 stage. In a Double Battle, Bubble Beam can target any Pokémon around the user; in a Triple Battle, Bubble Beam can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
