Brute Bonnet (Japanese: アラブルタケ, HepburnAraburutake) (BRUTE BAW-net[1]) is a Grass/Dark-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX.

Biology[]

Physiology[]

Brute Bonnet is a mushroom-like Pokémon that appears to be an ancient relative of Amoonguss. Like Amoonguss, its cap and hands resemble the shape and color of a Poké Ball. Hanging down from its cap is a layer of moss. It possesses four legs and a long tail. Its appearance seems ancient and resembles a Mushroom/Dinosaur-hybrid which was likely the intent.

Behavior[]

Despite its large size, it is described as not being very smart. But it's a very powerful and savage fighter when combined with low intellect.

Natural abilities[]

Brute Bonnet can only have the ability Protosynthesis, which will boost its most proficient stat in harsh sunlight or if it's holding a Booster Energy.

Evolution[]

Brute Bonnet does not evolve.
