Biography[]
Blaine used his Arcanine in his confrontation with Team Rocket. It battled alongside Blaine's Rapidash against Team Rocket's Gengar.[1] Blaine remembered his Arcanine and Rapidash battling against Team Rocket, for they were far lesser threat than Mewtwo, whom he had to stop.[2]
