Billy Jo is a character appearing in Pokémon: BW Rival Destinies.
Biography
Pokémon the Series: Black and White
Billy is a member of the rock band, "Roxie and the Toxics". Some time before, she had went with Roxie to have a band tour in Kanto region. In the Gym Battles, she was playing the guitar to fit in with the ambience and to increase the tension between Roxie and the challenger.
