Billy is a character appearing in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.
Biography[]
Billy was initially seen rehearsing a routine with his Eevee, Toril, intending to evolve it into a Jolteon for their next act. However, during a conversation with Ash, Goh, and Chloe, a Fire Stone inadvertently touched Toril, triggering his evolution into Flareon. Meanwhile, Harmony's Eevee unexpectedly evolved into Jolteon, leading Billy to partner with her, but she was unresponsive to his directions. In the midst of practice with his other Pokémon, Toril displayed his Ember, inspiring Billy to devise a new performance plan involving Harmony and Chloe's Eevee. Following their performance, Billy gave Chloe a Thunder Stone, enabling her to evolve her Eevee into Jolteon if she chooses.[1] He later reappeared in a flashback,[2] and a fantasy, alongside Toril.[3]
