Bella is a grass-type Pokémon owned by Bailey.
Biography
Bailey had Belle and Bella as her Pokémon, who were taught how to dance for a festival. However, Bella did not have confidence to master Belle-Oop-De-Loop dance and failed to perform. With more training and confidence learned by helping Pikachu from the battle with Team Rocket, the duo mastered that dance.
