Arcade Star Dahlia is the third Frontier Brain in the Sinnoh region. She is in charge of the Battle Arcade.
Appearance[]
Dahlia is a slender woman with tan skin, blue eyes, and wild black hair with many yellow hair pins in it. She wears a midriff-baring yellow top with long sleeves and lacy white trim around her neck and cleavage, along with blue skinny jeans and yellow high heels. She also has trimmed, sparkling nails and a golden navel piercing.
Personality[]
Like her appearance and occupation suggests, Dahlia is carefree and prefers to leave everything to chance. She likes to talk about luck and is energetic and optimistic, never being seen without a smile on her face. She also isn't afraid to drop everything and do what she wants, as she can be seen dancing when the player character challenges her.
Etymology[]
Dahlia is named after the Dahlia Flower which is native to Mexico, Central America and Colombia.

Dahlia can be challenged when the player has had 21 consecutive battles. Once defeated the player will be rewarded a Silver Print. Once the player has had 49 consecutive battles and defeated her, they will be rewarded a Gold Print. The player fights her twice, just like all of the others. Upon meeting her she claims that the player's encounter is just luck, and that she will conquer. For the second fight, she has stronger moves.

- Dahlia's belt has the Battle Frontier logo on it as a pattern.
- Dahlia's Japanese title is "Roulette Goddess Dahlia", but in other versions she is known as "Arcade Star Dahlia".
