How to Encounter Registeel

To access Ancient Tomb, the puzzle in the Sealed Chamber must be completed.

In the middle of the first room of Ancient Tomb, the player must use Fly^RSORAS/Flash^E in the middle of the room. Afterwards, the door to Registeel's chamber will be opened.
